We are a new company running proven equipment. Rather than pass off somebody else’s footage as ours, we would rather come put the nozzle on your surface and let you watch.
The Process
Rice-sized dry ice pellets are driven at the surface in a compressed air stream. The pellets are soft and far less dense than sand or grit, so they carry very little kinetic energy into the substrate.
At −109 °F the pellet pulls heat out of the contaminant faster than out of the material underneath. The coating contracts, embrittles, and loses its grip along the bond line.
The pellet flashes straight from solid to gas, expanding hundreds of times in volume. That micro-explosion lifts the debris clear — and the media is simply gone.
Because the process depends on the difference in thermal conductivity between the contaminant and the substrate, results vary by material. We test a patch before we quote a plant.

Motors, switchgear, bus bar, control cabinets, and generator windings. The media is non-conductive and dry, so it goes where water and solvent cannot.
Injection molds, tire molds, and press tooling cleaned hot and in the machine, with no media to embed in vents or dimensional loss on detail edges.
Char, soot, and surface growth taken off framing, joists, and masonry — dry, so you are not adding moisture back into a building you are trying to dry out.
Adhesive, gasket material, paint overspray, ink, grease, carbon, and cured resin pulled off steel, aluminum, stainless, and cast surfaces.
Why Dry Ice
The cost of a cleaning method is rarely the cleaning. It is the containment, the cleanup, the downtime, and what the method does to the part.

Dry ice is made from reclaimed carbon dioxide captured off other industrial processes, and the medium is recognized by the EPA, FDA, and USDA for use in food environments. We still ventilate and monitor: CO₂ is heavier than air, and the work is loud enough to require hearing protection.
